You will learn how to make some of the hallmarks of the Pharm Table's plant powered kitchen, learn directly from Chef Elizabeth Johnson. Lunch is included with the cooking class. 

Vegan Cooking 101
Learn the basics of vegan cooking.
Prepare recipes and master techniques for cooking with plants and protein rich foods to create nutritious and satisfying vegan meals. 

*Class is limited to 6 participants. All participants must wear non-skid closed toed shoes and have hair pulled back with a cap. *

Each group will accomplish the following goals: 
Nut/seed based Salad Dressings
Cook GF grains/ 
Cooking methods for different Sprouted beans/ Learn how to sprout beans
Make plant based hummus
Utilize an electric pressure cooker for cooking grains, beans and vegetables 
Utilize spiralizers and mandolins
Pickling of Vegetables
Pressed Vegetables
Layering of Flavors through dry roasting and blooming
Make refreshing drinks from kitchen scraps
Make Avocado mousse‚Äč
