Protein/Vegan 

Week 4/23

BREAKFAST:

Ginger Shot: (3 PORTIONS in 1 one container: drink 1 oz per day) 

Fresh ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, raw wildflower honey

Breakfast Tamales with Spicy Pepita Crema (3-PACK): 

6oz Tamales: quinoa, black beans, pepita seed butter, roasted chiles,  garlic.

5oz Spicy Pepita Crema: pepitas, roasted tomatoes, habanero, garlic, and pink salt


DAY 1: 

Ayurvedic Curried Kitchari Bowl:

Sprouted green lentils, basmati rice, local greens, carrot chutney, house curry, red cabbage slaw

Persian Salad w/ Sumac Cashew Dressing:

Local greens, saffron turmeric cabbage, cardamom carrot slaw, roasted mushrooms

Comforting Butternut Squash Moqueca:

Brazilian inspired pureed soup: butternut squash, onion, sweet potato, coconut, turmeric, ginger


DAY 2: 

Warm Keto Avocado Bowl w/Cashew Coconut Ras el Hanout Dressing:

Collards, avocado, beet-kimchi, coconut flakes, hemp seeds, green cabbage slaw 

Energizing Beet Salad w/ Beet Cashew Dressing:

Marinated beets, local greens, sweet potato squash escabeche, pepitas 

Cream of Broccoli Soup:

Broccoli, cashews, nutritional yeast, spirulina(+B12), hemp seeds, onion, garlic, ginger


DAY 3: 

Asian Nourish Bowl w/ Green Goddess Dressing: 

Sesame roasted sweet potato, spaghetti squash noodles, beets, zucchini, local greens

Miso Tahini Caesar Salad w/ Organic Miso Tahini Dressing: 

Dino kale, tahini roasted cauliflower and red cabbage, kimchi, almond cheese

Curried Carrot Soup: 

Pureed carrots, sweet potato, onion, garlic, house curry powder, coconut milk
