DAY 2:

Black beans, organic non-gmo miso, local green, squash escabeche, beet noodles, green cabbage slaw, green goddess dressing

Paleo Salad w/ Beet cashew dressing

Local greens, cashews, beet lemon dressing, red cabbage slaw, squash escabeche, cashews, coconut) 

Cream of Cauliflower Soup

Cauliflower, cashews, nutritional yeast, hemp seeds, zatar, onion, garlic, ginger) 


DAY 3: 

Buddha Bowl w/ Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette

Marinated cucumbers, local greens, spaghetti squash, tahini roasted seasonal vegetables, hemp seeds, local greens

Green Goddess Salad w/ Coconut Curry Dressing  

Local greens, kimchi, zucchini, avocado, pepita seeds, hemp seeds, coconut cashew dressing

Beet Gazpacho 

Beets, sweet potato, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom
