Protein/Vegan 

Week June 11th 

BREAKFAST:

Ginger Shot (3 PORTIONS in 1 one container: drink 1 oz per day) 

Fresh ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, raw wildflower honey

BLACK BEAN QUINOA TAMALES w/ spicy pepita crema: 

quinoa, pepitas, turmeric, black bean, habanero, garlic


DAY 1: 

ASIAN KITCHARI:

mung beans, basmati rice, escabeche, carrot coconut, tamari, sesame oil, carrot chutney, toasted cashews

KETO BUDDHA SALAD

local greens (sauté for better digestion), cabbage slaw, roasted sweet potato, avocado, pepitas, green goddess dressing, superseded crumble

SUMMER SQUASH MOQUECA:

summer squash, onion, sweet potato, coconut, turmeric, ginger


DAY 2: 

MEDITERRANEAN BOWL:

cauliflower rice, chickpea hummus, roasted sweet potato, beet chutney, pickled cucumbers, tahini roasted vegetables 

PALEO SALAD:

local greens (sauté for better digestion), zucchini noodles, cashews, pepita dressing, yellow cabbage slaw, squash escabeche, cashews, almonds 

LEMONGRASS CARROT BISQUE: 

Carrots, sweet potato, coconut milk, curry powder, turmeric, onion, ginger, lemongrass


DAY 3: 

KETO AVOCADO CABBAGE BOWL:

collard greens, hemp-seeded avocado, pressed cabbage slaw, pickled Asian squash, Ras El Hanout cashew coconut dressing

PERSIAN SALAD : 

local greens (sauté for better digestion), roasted mushrooms, pressed cabbage slaw, almond cheese, nuts & seeds, sumac cashew dressing

TOMATO OKRA BISQUE :

sweet potato, okra, tomato, ginger, turmeric, onion, basil


GOOD FOR YOU TREATS:
