Week June 18th 

BREAKFAST:

Ginger Shot (3 PORTIONS in 1 one container: drink 1 oz per day) 

Fresh ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, raw wildflower honey

CHOCOLATE CHIA SEED PUDDING : chia seeds, coconut, almond milk, vanilla, organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, stevia, maple syrup 


DAY 1: 

INDIAN CAULIFLOWER KITCHARI: 

curried cauliflower, curry powder, garam masala, carrot chutney, toasted cashews, local greens

ENERGIZING BEET SALAD :

beets, greens,  turmeric cabbage slaw, Beet crema dressing, superseded crumble

SUMMER SQUASH MOQUECA:

summer squash, onion, sweet potato, coconut, turmeric, ginger


DAY 2: 

MILPA BOWL:

rice, black beans, roasted sweet potato, pickled cabbage slaw, avocado, pepitas

GINGER SESAME SALAD:

greens, pickled squash & cucumbers, marinated mushroom, hemp seeds, ginger sesame dressing

LEMONGRASS CARROT BISQUE: 

Carrots, sweet potato, coconut milk, curry powder, turmeric, onion, ginger, lemongrass


DAY 3: 

VEGAN POKE BOWL:  

pickled beets, kimchi, greens, tahini miso dressing, squash escabeche, sesame (oil + seeds)

TAHINI CAESAR SALAD W/ TAHINI DRESSING: 

Mixed greens, tahini roasted cauliflower, kimchi, almond cheese, tahini cashew dressing, pickled cucumbers

CAULIFLOWER SOUP:

cauliflower, cashews, hemp seeds, onion, ginger , turmeric, nutritional yeast


GOOD FOR YOU TREATS:
