Week June 25th 

BREAKFAST:

Ginger Shot (3 PORTIONS in 1 one container: drink 1 oz per day) 

Fresh ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, raw wildflower honey

GOLDEN MILK OVERNIGHT OATS : Gluten-free oats, dates, turmeric, ginger, clove, cardamom, cinnamon, coconut, hemp seeds, pear chutney


DAY 1: 

CAULIFLOWER BUDDHA BOWL: 

turmeric curry cauliflower, local greens, red cabbage slaw, hemp seeds, squash succotash, pepitas

SUMMER SUCCOTASH SALAD: 

cabbage slaw, greens, summer squash succotash, roasted tahini cauliflower, coconut curry dressing pepitas

SUMMER SQUASH MOQUECA:

summer squash, onion, sweet potato, coconut, turmeric, ginger


DAY 2: 

OKINAWA BOWL: 

pressed cabbage slaw, sesame roasted sweet potato, collards, kimchi, cashews, toasted sesame oil, super seed crumble

PALEO SALAD:

local greens, cashews, beet lemon dressing, yellow cabbage slaw, squash escabeche, cashews, coconut

CURRIED CARROT BISQUE: 

Carrots, sweet potato, coconut milk, curry powder, turmeric, onion, ginger, lemongrass


DAY 3: 

ROASTED ROOT BOWL:  

roasted sweet potato hash, sauteed greens, summer squash noodles, mushroom and onion seed curry

PERSIAN SALAD: 

local greens, pressed cabbage slaw, almond cheese, nuts & seeds, sumac cashew dressing

CAULIFLOWER SOUP:

cauliflower, cashews, hemp seeds, onion, ginger , turmeric, nutritional yeast


GOOD FOR YOU TREATS:
