BREAKFAST:

DAY 1: 

Asian Nourish Bowl w/ Green Goddess Dressing:

Sesame roasted sweet potato, squash noodles, local greens, escabeche, carrot coconut chutney, toasted cashews

Energizing Zucchini Salad w/ Green Goddess Dressing:

Marinated zucchini, local greens, sweet potato squash escabeche, pepitas

Comforting Summer Squash Moqueca

DAY 2: 

Quinoa Buddha Bowl w/ Lentil Falafel:

Turmeric curry quinoa, sprouted curried lentils, squash succotash, local greens, red cabbage slaw, pepitas, local greens

Tahini Caesar Salad w/ Tahini Dressing:

Mixed greens, tahini roasted cauliflower, kimchi, almond cheese, tahini cashew dressing

Lemongrass Carrot Soup:

Carrots, sweet potato, coconut milk, curry powder, turmeric, onion, ginger, lemongrass


DAY 3: 

Pesto Noodle Bowl:

Zucchini noodles, dairy-free pesto, almond cheese, greens, marinated mushrooms, hemp seeds

Summer Succotash Salad: local greens, summer squash succotash, saffron cabbage slaw, pickled cucumbers, ras el hanout cashew dressing 

Cream of Cauliflower Soup: cauliflower, nutritional yeast, onion, turmeric, ginger
