BREAKFAST:

Ginger Shot (3 PORTIONS in 1 one container: drink 1 oz per day) 

Fresh ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, raw wildflower honey

Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding: chia seeds, coconut milk, organic cacao powder, stevia, coconut flakes, hemp seeds


DAY 1: 

Pesto Noodle Bowl:

zucchini noodles, dairy-free pesto, almond cheese, greens, marinated mushrooms, hemp seeds

Ginger Sesame Salad:  

Local greens, kimchi, ginger sesame dressing, asian pickled cucumbers & squash, marinated mushrooms, hemp seeds, black sesame seeds

Comforting Summer Squash Moqueca

summer squash, onion, sweet potato, coconut, turmeric, ginger


DAY 2: 

Mediterranean Bowl:   

Quinoa, carrot chia hummus, roasted sweet potato, Lentil Falafel, beet chutney, local greens, pickled cucumbers, almonds, herbs

Summer Succotash Salad

local greens, spouted lentils, summer squash succotash, saffron cabbage slaw, pickled cucumbers, beet crema dressing

Lemongrass Carrot Soup:

Carrots, sweet potato, coconut milk, curry powder, turmeric, onion, ginger, lemongrass


DAY 3: 

Curry Teriyaki Bowl:

cabbage slaw, local greens, Asian pickled cucumbers, escabeche, kimchi, hemp seeds, pickled beets, roasted tahini curry cauliflower, toasted cashews

Buddha Salad: 

Local greens, purple cabbage slaw, black beans, roasted sweet potato, avocado, green goddess dressing, super seed mix 

Cream of Cauliflower Soup: cauliflower, nutritional yeast, onion, turmeric, ginger


GOOD FOR YOU TREATS: (sweetened with dates)
