Golden Milk Overnight Oats w/ Pear Chutney: GF oats, house golden milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, pears, maple syrup, turmeric, ginger 


DAY 1: 

Buddha Bowl:

marinated cucumbers, local greens, tahini roasted vegetables, hemp seeds, green goddess dressing

Persian Salad w/ Cashew Sumac Dressing:  

Local greens, cabbage slaw, roasted mushroom, almond cheese, sumac, pepitas

Comforting Summer Squash Moqueca

summer squash, onion, sweet potato, coconut, turmeric, ginger


DAY 2: 

Vegan Poke Bowl:   

Asian cauliflower rice, local greens, marinated cucumbers, kimchi, beets, sesame vinaigrette

Texas Spring Salad w/ Turmeric Chia Dressing 

local greens, saffron cabbage slaw, pickled cucumbers, marinated cucumber, zucchini noodles, chia seeds, cashews, coconut, pepitas

Lemongrass Carrot Soup:

Carrots, sweet potato, coconut milk, curry powder, turmeric, onion, ginger, lemongrass


DAY 3: 

Summer Curried Chickpea Kitchari :

basmati rice, house curry, carrot chutney, cabbage slaw cashews 

Paleo Salad w/ Green Goddess dressinga Salad: 

Local greens, purple cabbage slaw, zucchini noodles, escabeche, toasted cashews, pepitas, and almonds

Cream of Cauliflower Soup: cauliflower, nutritional yeast, onion, turmeric, ginger


GOOD FOR YOU TREATS: (sweetened with dates)

Turmeric Energy Bites or Espresso Brownie Bite
