Gently Cleanse with our Meal Plan Subscription

For the month of October, we're offering a gentle 3-day cleanse option. It's a great way to detox without committing to a traditional 7-day Ayurvedic cleanse. Following this year's harsh pitta season, meal plan subscriptions will include triphala and ashwagandha supplements to help cleanse your system. We ask that all food be gently heated in order to aide your agni, or digestive fire.
