Each meal plan is thoughtfully developed in partnership with Get Going with Gratitude, Pharm Table’s Ayurvedic consultation partner, to ensure your food is aligned with your individual protocol.

Because this meal plan is highly personalized, enrollment in the Monthly Concierge Program with Get Going with Gratitude is required before purchasing this meal package.
The Monthly Concierge Program with Get Going with Gratitude is $295 per month and includes:
- Two 45-minute Ayurvedic consultations per month
- Weekly 15-minute check-ins
- Personalized recipes and grocery guidance
- Ayurvedic body type education• Seasonal nutrition adjustments
- Ongoing support through text, email, or dedicated health portal messaging
Once you are enrolled in the Concierge Program and have completed your Ayurvedic consultation, your Pharm Table Concierge Meal Plan will be created based on your body type, digestion, food preferences, and current wellness goals.

The Pharm Table Concierge Meal Plan is available exclusively to clients enrolled in the Monthly Concierge Program with Get Going with Gratitude, Pharm Table’s dedicated Ayurvedic consultation partner.
Because each meal plan is highly personalized and created according to your Ayurvedic consultation, body type, digestion, seasonal needs, and current wellness goals, a minimum 5-day lead time is required before your order can be fulfilled.

Orders placed without active Concierge Program enrollment may be delayed until consultation and personalization details are complete.
