At Pharm Table we believe that true nourishment goes beyond food—

it’s about connection to yourself, others, and the world.

Each dinner engages all five senses and introduces the six tastes 

(sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, astringent),

to help align your mind and body.

​

The dinners will also feature ingredients selected for their healing properties,

from North, Central, South America, Europe, and Asia .

​​​

Each dinner includes 30 minutes of breathwork and meditation, followed by 30 minutes of gentle yoga.
