Lemon Sumac Dressing

  • Cashews: soaked 2 cups

  • Water: 11 oz

  • Lemon juice: 8 oz

  • Salt: 1/2 tbsp

  • Ginger: grated fresh 1 tbsp

  • Turmeric: grated fresh 1/2 tbsp

  • Sumac: 4 tbsp

  • Za' atar: 2 tbsp

  • Beet shot: 2 tbsp

Method


Place everything in the Vitamix and blend on high for 3 minutes.
